We offer fully furnished guest accommodations for 1 month to 36 months. We do not offer shorter rental periods less than 30 days.
There are several options available with our fully furnished property.
1. Entire property-Unit A 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, full kitchen, living and dining room. Unit B 2 Bedrooms and 1 bath, full kitchen, living room and dining room. Entire driveway and front parking spaces. Entire covered porch and backyard.
2. Unit A-2 bedrooms and 1 bath, full kitchen, living and dining room. 1 Parking space, left side of rear covered porch. Shared backyard with Unit B.
3. Unit B-2 bedrooms and 1 bath, full kitchen, living and dining room. 1 Parking space, right side of rear covered porch. Shared backyard with Unit A.
Unit A is 1000 SQFT and Unit B is 1000 SQFT. Please see floorplan layout for more details.
There is a common entry door with a hallway that leads to the front door of Unit A and the front door of Unit B.
Unit A is on the left side of the property and Unit B is on the right side of the property.
Both Unit A and Unit B are on the first level, there isn't a second floor.
The OV Shorehouse is where the Chesapeake Bay meets your backyard. Direct, unobstructed panoramic beach and sky views for miles. Enjoy the backyard sand oasis with picnic table, grill, chairs and corn hole. Steps away from the beach on the pathway shared with neighbor. Sit back on the porch relax and enjoy the water views, salty beach air & the breeze off the Chesapeake Bay. Watch the boats cruise by, view the birds and other wildlife and over the Chesapeake Bay.
Unit A can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Unit B can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Entire property can accommodate up to 8 guests.
All guests must be listed on the lease agreement. No additional adult, child or family member are allowed on the property for any reason. If any guests other than those listed in the lease agreement are in the property, that is a violation of the lease and will result in a cancellation of the lease without any refund.

Standard size SUV, truck and passenger vehicles are allowed to park on property: 1 vehicle per unit.
No recreational vehicle, tow behind camper, drivable camper, trailer, dually truck, semi truck or limousine.
Ranch style property with one level. Unit A and Unit B are on the first level or ground floor. There isn't a second floor to the property.
There are front stairs to enter the property. The front porch stairs have 10 steps.
There are rear stairs to exit the property off the rear porch. The rear porch stairs have 14 steps.
Covered porch on the rear of the house with seating. Enjoy the covered porch seating with the water views and beach breeze.
The backyard is where the sandy beach meets the property.
1500 square foot backyard has a charcoal grill(bring your own charcoal), picnic table, lawn chairs and corn hole boards.
Enjoy the pathway to the beach and Chesapeake Bay that are 50-60 steps away.
